Job Description

The Bilingual Customer Service Representative will provide support to customers in both English and Spanish. They will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about client benefit packages. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative must be able to effectively communicate with customers in both languages and have a strong understanding of both cultures.

  • Answer inbound customer calls in English and Spanish
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Assist customers (Members & Providers) with questions
  • Record customer information and details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • To provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking customers
  • To resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge
