Were looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Support Specialist, youll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our center. Youll greet customers, be the expert who provides personalized solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with shipping, printing, and business services
• Be an expert on available products/services and recommend personalized solutions
• Operate printing and shipping software and equipment
• Coordinate with vendors to fulfill design and printing jobs
• Maintain store appearance and manage inventory
• Support with administrative tasks and general store operations

Requirements:

• Friendly, dependable, and a clear communicator
• Comfortable using and learning about new technology and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Able to support community initiatives
• Able to prioritize and cultivate customer relationships
• Good listener, proactive in anticipating needs, can earn sales commission

• Curious and motivated to expand skill set with new opportunities

• Bilingual plus (proficient in English and Spanish)
• Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed
