Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Elementary School Principal. The Elementary School Principal will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing an elementary school. The Principal is responsible for both the educational leadership affecting quality instruction and the administration of the school site and general control and supervision of all certificated and classified employees assigned to serve in the school. The role requires strong knowledge and experience in elementary education.
Harbour View Elementary School in the Ocean View School District in Huntington Beach, California, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Elementary School Principal to join our team. As the leader of our school community, the Principal will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, promoting academic excellence, and ensuring the overall well-being of our students and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for education.
The Elementary School Principal will oversee all aspects of school operations, including curriculum development, teacher supervision, student discipline, and parent engagement. A Master's degree in Education, Education Administration, or a related field is required, along with a valid California Administrative Services Credential.
