Field Training Specialist Job Description:

PrideStaff is an award-winning nationwide staffing firm in more than 30 states that is seeking a Field Training Specialist to join our team. The Field Training Specialist will enhance the sustained development of our franchise internal office staff members using the PrideStaff System Operations Manual. As a Field Training Specialist you will train, coach, develop, assist with order acquisitions, order fulfillment, perform B2B sales by phone and email, support compliance, interviewing, recruiting, screening and onboard temporary associates. The ideal Field Training Specialist has superb knowledge gained by multiple years in the staffing industry, has leadership and or training experience, coupled with ATS or CRM system experience. The Field Training Specialist is a full-time, direct-hire, fully remote position.

Field Training Specialist Duties & Responsibilities:

• Support, Coach, & Train New & Existing Office Teams on Sales & Operational Best Practices
• Conduct On-Site & In Person Visits to New & Resale PrideStaff Offices to Support The Implementation Process
• Execute PrideStaff’s Operations Training Efforts by Means of In-Person, Virtual, Phone, Workshops, One-on-One Sessions, & On-The-Job Training
• Deliver a Training & Development Plan With Materials, Tutorials, Instructional Materials, & Learning Modules & Guides
• Monitor The Development of Office Associates & Identify Key Strengths & Areas For Improvement
• Effectively Communicate Training Objectives & Tools Provided by Leadership
• Facilitate 212 & Staffing Consultant Training Under The Direction of The Learning Department
• Communicate Via Telephone, Video Conferencing, Chat, Email, & SMS Messaging
• Support or Lead Projects & Improve Results by Generating, Encouraging, & Supporting New Ideas
• Frequent Travel to Support Our PrideStaff Field Offices & to represent PrideStaff at Seminars & Conferences
• Assist With Training & Make Outbound Sales & Recruiting Calls
• Assist & Perform Other Duties as Assigned

Field Training Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 2+ Years of Staffing Experience Required
• 2+ Years of Coaching, Teaching, Training or Mentoring Required
• Previous Franchise Staffing Industry Experience Preferred
• Experience Utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Preferably Bullhorn, Novo, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
• Previous Experience With Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Gmail), Including Virtual Communication Platforms Desired
• Must Have The Ability to Prioritize, Schedule, & Meet Deadlines Independently
• Must be a Self-Starter to Meet Goals & Expectations
• Demonstrates Excellent Communication Both Written & Verbal Skills
• Has a High Degree of Emotional Intelligence to Manage Conflict Management
• Superb Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
• Manages & Promptly Respond to New Demands, Priorities, or Changes in Direction
• Must be Trustworthy & Able to Handle Critical, Sensitive & Confidential Information
• Works Independently in a Fast-Paced, Demanding & Consistently Changing Environment
• Has a Clean & Valid Drivers License For Travel Between Prospect & Client Locations
• Ability to Travel 35% of The Time For 5 Consecutive Days Via Air, Rental Car & Hotel
