Responsibilities:
Work in the packing department, standing for 8 hours a day to pack sealing products into boxes. Wrap mandrels or sheets using standard bath equipment. Train to use micrometers and calipers. Enter job details on work orders and follow instructions to select parts for wrapping. Enter jobs on the computer, print labels, and check counts. Remove mandrels using proper equipment. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. Count parts and package them accordingly. Deburr parts using a safety razor. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills:
Previous production or packaging experience. Comfortable with packing and learning other manufacturing processes. Ability to stand for 8 hours a day. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Comfortable working around chemicals and plastic odors.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
