Payless Insulation has over 45 years of experience serving Texas homeowners and contractors. We specialize in cellulose, fiberglass, and batt insulation. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for reliable installers who want steady, year-round work with opportunities to grow.
Position Overview
We’re seeking hardworking and dependable individuals to join our installation team. Prior insulation experience is a plus, but not required — we provide training. Candidates with general construction, HVAC, drywall, or mechanical experience often excel in this role.
Responsibilities
Install insulation materials (cellulose, fiberglass, batting) in residential projects
Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Work as part of a team to complete jobs on time and to company standards
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean jobsite
Qualifications
Comfortable with ladders, attics, and physical labor
Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Bi-lingual in English and Spanish
What We Offer
Competitive hourly pay ($17–$20, depending on experience)
