Tech Recruitment Consultant

$75k$90k base + commission, $100k$190k OTE

The Tech Recruitment Consultant will build and deliver high-impact searches for early-stage, VC-backed tech companies while helping grow a fast-moving U.S. business.

Role Highlights

• Own and grow a 360 desk focused on technology placements
• Win on new business logos
• Work directly with Seed to Series B startups, 70% of your desk will be VC-backed clients
• Source, screen, and place top tech talent in high-demand, high-impact roles
• Contribute to a growing NYC office with future expansion into Miami
• Collaborate with seasoned recruiters and leadership, without micromanagement

You Will Need

• 26 years of experience in tech recruitment (agency side preferred)
• Track record of perm placements; contract experience is a plus
• Experience working with or placing software engineers in start-ups
• Independent work style with high consistency and output
• Comfort operating remotely and hybrid (NYC office 2x/week)
