What You’ll Do:

As a Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in helping us connect skilled professionals with vital roles across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with hiring managers and recruitment teams to prioritize open roles
• Sourcing candidates for trades, shipyard, and manufacturing positions
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the hiring pipeline
• Strategically allocating recruitment resources to maximize efficiency
