EP Lab Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EP Lab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an EP Lab setting and will be responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population including inpatients, outpatients, and patients in the ICU.

Shift Information

• Shift: 8 hours, Day shift


• Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM


• Contract Duration: 182 Weeks


• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week


• Some call and occasional weekend shifts may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 7-8 studies a day in the electrophysiology lab.


• Provide care and support to patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures.


• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and standards.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes.


• May float to outpatient facilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.


• RDCS (ARRT or CCI) certification is mandatory.


• Experience with EPIC EMR within the last 2 years is required.


• A minimum of 2 years of EP Lab experience.


• Ability to explain any employment gaps over 90 days in your work history.


• Reliable transportation is essential; candidates should have personal or rental vehicles equipped with all-season or snow tires during November through April.

Orientation and Start Dates

Bi-weekly orientations are conducted every Monday, with the next available orientation on 10/20.
